Download Link Showing blank - WordPress Download Manager

Thanks for great plugin, but seen that download link are not working , for example this is : http://pomba.lottadigital.com/download/mbc-health-concerns-and-resources/

I have tried method suggested here :

Downloads->Settings page try to disable Resumable Downloads and Output Buffering.
But not working.

This looks like a conflict with your theme or other plugin, I need to check it in your installation.
