Having a problem with the download link on my site. Sometimes, instead of the popup to enter a password, you get code instead. This doesn’t happen all the time, only sometimes. And it’s not every download link, just a random one, once in a while. I have attached a screen shot to show you what it looks like.

Any ideas?

This may occur if the installation of plugin is not done correctly due to low browser speed.
Please try installing the plugin again.
