Download link not showing up in large files - WordPress Download Manager

Hi,
I changed wp max upload size to 32MB and I am able to upload all files in admin panel successfully.However in front panel I get download link only for small files. In large file I only see file-name.zip and filesize in KB or MB, not download link. I tried to re-upload the zip in admin also but still same problem. I am using Version 2.7.91.
What should I check in plugin or WordPress settings please ?
