Hello!

Our students are contacting us because they receive a message that the “download link expired”. We have a series of password-protected documents that we allow students to download. Could you please tell me how to make it so that the download links never expire? It is sufficient that they are protected with a password, but I would like the download link to always be active/enabled.

Hi,
Please give me your link and temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply to check. It is probably a cache issue, may need to exclude the download links from cache if you are using a cache plugin.

Please send me the package link or download link where you got the “Download link expired” message. I tried several downloads but couldn’t re-create the issue.
