Hello,

When the download limit is reached, clicking “Download” on a free package gives the “Download limit exceeded!” warning.

However, packages that cost money still allow me to purchase and download them – even though my Download Limit has been exceeded?

Is there a way to not allow paid packages to be downloaded once the download limit has been reached?

Thanks,
Corey

Can you please let us know then you are using WPDM Free or Pro version so that we can check in our testing environment?

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately, as of now, for the premium package “Download limit exceeded!” warning will not show, as the user already purchased the package.

But thanks for your suggestion. I’ll forward your thought to our concerned development team, and if feasible, we will surely add this feature in our future update.

With Regards

The user has not yet purchased the package. They have already reached their download limit, and it is still allowing them to purchase the package.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.

For premium packages even if they have already reached their download limit, they will still be able to purchase the package as it’s intended to work this way as the download limit only restricts download not purchase.

I hope you understand.

Regards
