Hi!
I have the same problem with last version of your free plugin: file size=0;
How can I solve this problem.
Thanks in addvice.
Roberto
We already added nextgen gallery compatibility patch with wpdm, if you are using latest version ( 2.7+ ), it should work fine, but if nextgen change something again, I’m not sure about that, may you please try contacting with them?
Thanks for your answer.
I tried to disable NextGen plugin but the problem still remain.
The file in the link is stored in Google Drive.
Is it different? May I set the size “by hand”? Where and how?
Thanks again in advice.
I am experiencing this issue with the DROPBOX add-in. The file size is displayed as 0.00 KB, yet the file downloads just fine. It is confusing to users.
I would be happy just to be able to remove file size from the display.
thanks!
Bob
I am experiencing this same issue but with google drive. I do not have nextgen gallery installed any fix for this?
At frontend you may see file size 0kb for google drive file. But you can download the file although it is shown 0kb, however I’m adjusting the issue with the next update of the plugin.
*bump* re: this issue
here is a page created before last update (works fine)
http://onlinebbr.com/auctions/prices-realised/
Here is a page I’ve juts created – no longer calculating file size, all are set to 0Kb
Please advise how I can resolve this?
@blakeyman, is it possible to give me temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply to check this.
Hi,
I use WordPress 4.6.1 and Download Manager Pro v4.6. No NextGen Gallery Plugin installed. If I want to summarize several files in one download, the download size is always 0KB. The zip file is downloaded, but it’s always empty.
Could you please help?
For pro support please post here http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/forum/download-manager-pro/ , and please add a temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply to check your issue.
Hi,
I have the same problem as above. The files are stored in Google Drive, and downloading them works fine, but the file size is shown as 0.00 KB, which can be a bit confusing for users. It is not a major issue as I can set the file size manually in package settings for each file, but is there any way to update the file sizes automatically? The other option is to disable that information, but it would be nice to show it.
I should also mention that everything is updated to the latest versions available (and that I’m very new to both WordPress and WPDM)
Thanks in advance.
Daniel
