Hi there,

I’m not able to get the plugin working, each time I try to download a file the download is starting well, and, after few seconds I receive the message “Echec-Erreur réseau” (“Failed – Network error”).
The files are pdf or zip, small size (less than 3Mb), no captcha, nothing, I want the most simple and easiest way for the end user.

Hi,

Maybe related to server caching. however, I have increased the download speed in the settings. If it is related to cache then you have to exclude download URLs from caching and if it is related to server timeout then increase PHP execution time.
