Download count not showing after update

Anybody else having trouble with the download count showing on their websites after updating Download Manager to Version 3.1.10? Now it just shows “downloads” without the number of downloads.

I have the same problem and had to roll back to 3.1.07 to bring the download count back.

can you please enable/disable your others plugins for checking, you can also switch the theme for checking the issue, then please let me know if it works for you
