After updating to the latest version of WP, this plugin is not working. We are receiving the following message on the front end where the link should be. Instead, we are getting this code:

[wpdm_file id=8]

Hi Sarah,

Please share an URL so that we can check the download button.

It’s on the left sidebar underneath Download White Papers. There should be a link there, but as you can see, there’s not.

We’re also experiencing the same issue on this page as well: http://tipsweb.com/resource-library/

We’re also not showing anything in our download history. Not sure why? I can’t even see the files.

Please use shortcode [wpdm_package id=8] instead of [wpdm_file id=8].
Alternatively, you may also use any of the following add-ons:

My issue is that after I updated to the latest version of WordPress, the Download Manager plugin is not working properly. It does not show any of my files or that I have a download history. I can’t even upload new files.
