Hi,
actually i noticed that setting up a download to be checked via password and also google recaptcha will bug the download.

Making tha spam check with google recaptcha, the plugin will make you download the file without the password. Making the check via password, the plugin let you download the file without proceeding with google recaptcha check. Is this an issue that i can resolve?

Hope you are well. I think you are using multiple locks for the same package. That’s why maybe the issue you are facing. please let me know.

So it is not possible to use both of them toghether but the blocks works separately?

You can lock file/package, lock option Must Agree with Terms and with other lock options. please check.

I understand, but it is not possible to use password lock and google recaptcha without one bypassing the other?

Hello,

For password lock, you have to submit the button for getting the download file. However, only for these lock features, you can take our customization service too. please let me know
