We’ve had the Pro Version installed for just over a year and very few people have used the resource. We have just been charged (today) for the renewal.
I contacted my client a week ago but she only returned from holiday this afternoon and confirmed that she wanted to give up the paid extension.
So I have two questions:
- How can I downgrade the extension, and remove the email locks?
- Can we get a refund on the year’s subscription just charged? the plugin hasn’t been used in months
