I setup a product incl. Price in a package but it doesn’t show up, only when i also setup in first package ?? Why doesn’t work after months of testing and make payments, also download function doesn’t work properly. I purchase a file and Pay and when i go in dashboard all there also a download button but doesn’t work. Also why doesn’t get i an email with download link, see attachments. I paid a lot of money for all sinds december and after a half year still things doesn’t work
Support asked for weeks my logins and i delivered but nothing happened?
I’ve tested from here https://www.studioeleven.nl/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases/order/wpdmpp60B7B5EFED077/, download it working fine.
But, it is rendering on the browser after download as you attached the file as URL from the media library.
If you want to force download, please always attach the file using the server file browser or upload directly using wpdm.
Question: when i upload data from my extern SSD with function in WPDM i can’t find it in Dashboard Media, where is it saved?
1.Still Tax Problem, i order a seperate file from a package and tax is still o,oo. I send you a privat email with attachments, to show you. and waiting for more than 4/5 days with no reaction. I want to start selling my products but no way i need tax
