Doc preview only works after page refreshed - WordPress Download Manager

I see this has been mentioned a lot but I haven’t seen a solution. I use “single column with doc preview” template to show a PDF which is visible to all visitors. Trouble is, anyone going the page has to refresh the page to actually see the preview, otherwise it’s just a blank space. Any ideas?

Referring to your earlier response I have excluded “Download” post types from caching and will see if that works.

Dear Sir, we are also facing the same issue. Could you please help us to resolve the issue. When i try to open the doc preview it dosen’t show. When refreshed it only shows the doc preview
