Hi,

It’s possible to display the number of “downloading” on the button like the last screenshot here : https://wordpress.org/plugins/download-manager/screenshots/

You have to use the add-on http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/advanced-tinymce-button/ and in Tiny MCE button’s Link Template option you have to use Default Template (Extended).
