Hi – my client would like to have the password protection on downloads removing. I have unticked ‘Enable Password Lock’ in the dashboard but the download still asks for a password before it will start the download, can you advise please.

Hi,
Please clear the password from the field and save the package file. Let me know if the problem not solved.
