Disable Google Font doesn’t work

Hello, I can’t select “NONE SELECTED” in the Google Fonts menue, there no font list in the dropdown, only an empty list and “No result found”
In the source text the Google font Rubik is loaded, I need allthough to disable it completly. Thank you!

Thanks for contacting us.
I have tested it. With the latest version of wpdm, google fonts are showing and working properly.

There could be other issues in your site. In this case, I would suggest running a conflict test. You need to run a basic WordPress conflict test on your site to detect what actually causes the problem. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for WPDM. Then check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.

Hello,

thank you for the answer.

I tried the suggested method, deactivated all plugins except WPDM, but the list was still empty and “– NONE SELECT –” was not visible.

Meanwhile I found an workaround, i’ve logged in your public Admin demo, and selected there “– NONE SELECT –” and then copied the part of the source code with the list and put it into the code of my site and then I could make the selection and it worked, the google font disappeared from the source code of the site. So it looks rather like an Frontend problem or because the google fonts are not loaded, in my opinion, you should make the “– NONE SELECTED –” option as default in case the fonts are not loaded.

The theme I use is a custom blank theme made by myself based on the basic theme Underscores, so I have nothing special inside.

I think the issue has been resolved.
