Delete Permanently Download Still Shows Download Button

I have a download that I have trashed and deleted permanently, but the download button still shows up. When the button for that download is clicked the user gets a 403 – Access Forbidden error. How can I have it still show stats but instead of a download button it says “File No longer available.” I want to delete multiple old files, but I don’t want to manually search for each post containing their links and manually fix them.

I hadn’t seen the issue listed in the changelogs but I have now updated to the latest version and see that this issue is fixed.
