Delete Button in Frontend Doesn’t Work

Hello, the package delete button on the frontend page does not do anything for both the admin and other roles. How do I fix this?

It’s an issue with Bootstrap 4. It works when Bootstrap 3 is selected in User Interface. I wonder if that can be fixed.
