Data is corrupted / Incomplete download

I am getting incomplete download or data is corrupted for zip files downloaded via the plugin, the PDF files are ok.
Please advise.

in that case, please go to download manager settings page and select “Resumable Download = Disabled” and save settings.

Did that, but the result is still the same.
1. I also re-added the files – still corrupted.
2. When I use the direct link, it’s work fine

Any other suggestions?

and the resumable download is disabled

try the zip/exe files, I think it’s adds an additional byte to zip and corrupts it,
PDF are ok

Hi!!

I have the same problem. All zip are corrupt when download.

I’ havent the “Resumable Download = Disabled” in settings.

Can you help me or give us a solution without give you acces to backoffice?
