I’ve just started experimenting with your plugin for a client of mine and I will probably recommend that they purchase a licence once I determine that it has all the features we require.

For the moment I am having problems with the dashboard permalinks. The links for ‘Download History, ‘Edit Profile’ and ‘Logout’ are currently showing as ‘/dashboard/download-history/’, ‘dashboard/edit-profile/’, and ‘/dashboard/logout/’, which is not working.

I have tried resetting the WordPress permalinks to various configurations but I cannot solve this. In your demo these links appears as:
– https://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/user-dashboard/?udb_page=my-downloads
– https://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/user-dashboard/?udb_page=edit-profile

Is there something I can do to force wordpress to keep this link structure for wpdm links? My best guess is that the theme we are running is forcing permalinks to appear this way. Do you have a function or a rewrite rule that I can use to force wpdm to use url variables when in the /user-dashboard/ page?

Thank you.

I figured out my problem. The slug for the dashboard page must be ‘/user-dashboard/’ otherwise the links dont work. Mine was previously set to ‘/dashboard/’

Hi,
In our demo it is user-dashboard, but in your installation, you can name it however you want.
