Dashboard page User Level nav tab doesn’t work

Hello,

On the Dashboard page there’s a box called “User Level” that lists all roles a user has. It has bullets/dots to aid in navigation, but they do not work, the tab is not switched. I have tried this with Bootstrap JS both on and off. There are no console errors.
