A colleague of mine ordered the WP Download Manager Special Pack but never received a notification email to download. Can someone please let me know how she can contact you to address this issue? The support system via blog methodology is a bit alarming.
Did you read my post above? The issue is there is no customer support contact method and a colleague of mine ordered the special pack through your website but never received an email with download instructions. Can you please provide an email that she can reach you to get this issue sorted?
