Custom css

I want to change CSS of a certain catogory that is created by a custom field.
In this case it’s only the title which is giving trough a custom field.
Is this possible?

wpdmcategory&tag_ID=28&post_type=wpdmpro& I could find the tag-ID=28. But how can I change the CSS for only this tag_ID?
