No, I am talking about the next step. When I enter here in the screenshot my data, I receive a link to my mail Adress. This part works fine. But the link I receive where I have to add my new password is not correct. It ends up in the login page.
The link I receive is https://danube-region.eu/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=UnxN4rukQsa4OGoiNiBM&login=lenz&wp_lang=en_US and the message is “Invalid key”

I was trying to check the reset the password from my account mail, but, here, the password reset is not allowed message showing, please check my attached image,

I also checked my mail and also the mail of another user who chekced the reset password problem. In both liks we received there is no such a massage in the link line “Password reset is not allowed”. The links look like this:

Where is this setting to be made? I can´t find it in WordPress nor in WPDM or User Registration settings to check or uncheck a box?

The reset password feature is working fine from my side with the latest version. can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch the theme to another for checking. please let me know then.
