css codes in download

Thanks for contacting WPDM Support forum.
As you have used a cache plugin, the CSS could come for that reason. In this case, clear cache or remove cache plugin to check if the issue still persists.
Also The CSS could come from the link template you used that is Call to Action 3.
If you tried editing that link template, check if the codes are there.

After checking and removing, if the issue still persist, please provide temporary admin access in a private reply.

You can try changing page template and link template of related downloads to check if the issue persists.
If you are in free version of WPDM you can’t edit link template/page template from wordpress dashboard, in free version, those need to be edited directly from template files. Not sure if you did this.

However, just follow my suggestions and let me know if the issue persists. If it is not solved, please provide temporary admin access in a private reply.

Found the issue in link template. There was wrong template id of link template. You can check here
I have edited that correctly which solved the issue.

You can’t bulk update all from WPDM. You used the shortcode in a input of woocommerce. So you have to manually update all the products or you have to use something to bulk update in Woocommerce. Also, you can update that part from database from phpmyadmin. Maybe you updated WPDM from a very old version. That caused the issue.

Here is the ids of link template that are used.
To select any download file you have to use the post id of that file can be found here in the link.
In the example package you used the Call to Action 3 link template and the post id of the file is 1889
