I want to create a page upload PDF files (title, author, year). As I place a short code to upload?
You can set front-end.
You need to use create a page with short-code [wpdm_frontend] (Demo: http://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/frontend-uploader/) in pro version, from that page users will able able to add their file, set a price , check their sale and request for payout. You can setup site commission and sales/payout maturity period from admin menu downloads payout page.
