Corrupt files upon download

Hi,

Our downloaded files appear to be corrupt and I was wondering if this can be fixed. The uploading works perfectly but when our clients download files they are unable to open them and receive a corruption message. Please help as our site is very active with paying members who expect this to be working.

We still seem to get the corrupt file issue. For example here:

To download the file simply go to the tabs under the video player (transcripcion, materiales, enlace, etc.) and click on the “materiales” tab to display the download button for the excel file. For some reason it still does not download correctly.

We did not update your plugin yet – should we do that first?

To download the file simply go to the horizontal tabs menu under the “Nivel de Dificultad” star icons (where it says transcripcion, materiales, enlace, ejercicio, temario, estadisticas.) and click on the “materiales” tab (the second one)to display the download button for the excel file. These tabs are right above the star rating.
