Contact form in memory

Hello, I associated the form look add-on to the download but I found a problem:
once compiled and downloaded the file remains in my memory, it doesn’t let me fill in the form and if I download it again it tells me that the expired.
This is fine if I use the same user but if I change user it should make me fill out the form instead I always get the screen afterwards.
How can I solve it?
