Conflict with "simple:press" – Bootstrap library

since i updated my WP to 4.3.1, Download Mgr to 2.8.2 and the forum plugin “simple:press” (www.simplepress.com) to 5.5.11, i couldn’t create new postings in said forum software as the buttons (java script based, i suppose) didn’t work any more. I contacted the simple:press support, they had a look at my website (www.rcconcordia.de) and they told me :

You have an error in the way that the script library Bootstrap is being used. The error is occurring in the plugin ‘download-manager’.

True enough, deactivating Download Manager fixed the issue. I have no idea which of those plugins is the culprit, but could you have a look at this? I’d hate to look for a different download PlugIn as i’m very satisfied with the way yours works!
