Hi folks, i try to activate the comments an the downloadpage, but could not find an option to do that. If i go to Add New i fill out everything, but therese no otion to activate oder deactivate the Comments. I ´tryed to look in the option menu on top, but it’s also not listet.
Any ideas?
This is not related with our plugin issue. It’s the issue with your theme’s custom post type comment enable/disable.
I thougt so, but on every site i will create i can enable/disable Comments, just on the download pages i will create over Add New it dosn’t show me this option.

It is because download manager is a custom post type and your theme is not supporting custom post type properly, if you try with standard and properly built themes, the option should be there by default 🙂 .

I have the same problem, but just recently. My comments was working fine with WPDM and I use it a lot, but now the comments just vanished.
Dear sir, you´re right. the problem is really in the theme, I use Kyma Lite,installed previously by another person tha created the site. Please, any tip where to search the code?
