Since updating recently the color schemes have changed. I cannot figure out how to change this back to its previous setting. We wanted black color and clean download buttons (blue background; black font) but for some reason this has now changed.
Can anyone help please?
Thanks.

Hello ovoigt,

Hope you are well. Yes, we have updated with new interface and options for WPDM plugin. You can change the button color from Downloads > Settings > User Interface as usual, we have added extended options, so you can get more options for your requirements. Please kindly check.

Thank you

Many thanks for the speedy reply.

I have tried changing settings in the “User Interface” but nothing happened. Please can you check? I cannot upload a screenshot unfortunately.

https://gymnasium-brake.info/dokumente/ is the website. I want the font to appear in a black color (#333) and the download buttons to be the primary blue again.

With thanks.

BTW, are you intentionally using link-template-default-old, as there are better link templates 🙂

Many thanks. That worked well. And yes, I think old default template is really good actually 🙂

Glad to hear that! If you need any further help, please don’t hesitate to open a new topic.

Also, if you get a moment, we’d really appreciate a 5-star review here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/download-manager/reviews/?rate=5#new-post — it means a lot and helps inspire us to keep improving.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks again for your help with this.

Again, I struggle with a formatting issue. For some reason, font sizes (Heading Text) have now decreased. I cannot remember changing anything and any attempts to change font sizes in the user interface don’t have any effect. The preview changes but nothing happens live.

Please could you check?

https://gymnasium-brake.info/dokumente/ – font sizes are too small.

It’s okay now; I updated the CSS file. However, a public update for this is coming soon.

Hello,

After updating WP Download Manager (latest version), the frontend colors on my site have unexpectedly changed.
Before the update, the download button and links were green to match my site design. Now they are displaying in blue instead, and I cannot find where to change them back.
My website is :biologijakp.com

Hello @Dragan

You can change the button colors from Downloads > Settings > User Interface > Colors | Download Button | Shortcode Page

If you have further questions, please open a separate ticket.

I am also having problems that all my links and buttons are blue, since the update.

It doesn’t matter what colour I set as default in Downloads > Settings > User Interface > Colors | Download Button | Shortcode Page. It is always blue for the Primary, grey for the Secondary etc.

I have added additional CSS in the customiser to override the styles on one of my sites, but I don’t want to have to do the same on all the other sites on which I also use this plugin.

Is this a known bug and will it be fixed soon?
