Close button shows at the bottom of every page

Hello, I am currently new to wordpress and am using download manager for some pdf files to be downloaded on a password protected page. I have both bootstrap css and js selected to make the shortcode work in ninja tables. The problem is it is putting a close button in the lower left corner of the page. If i turn off the bootstrap css the button goes away but makes the shortcode links in ninja tables go off the page. If i select both css and js it makes the shortcodes show normal but i get a close button at the bottom of the page under the footer.
Any help would be most appreciated.

I managed to correct the problem by tossing Ninja tables and just using the WPDM interface. Is there a way to create a drop down list for the category column rather than sorting by that column?
