I am writing here because I have not been able to reach WPDownloadManager support through regular channels, and I am unable to post in the Pro forum, even though I was just charged again for a license.
Here’s the situation:
I canceled my Pro license years ago.
I have not used the plugin for years and auto-renewal is NOT active.
Still EVERY YEAR my credit card was charged $45 for a renewal – last time on May 25, 2025.
And again: My license expired and I have no access to Pro features or Pro support forum.
Because support isn’t responding to my mails, I have now filed a dispute with my bank.
This is extremely frustrating – I cannot even post in the correct support forum to ask for help, even though I was charged as a paying customer.
I am happy to resolve this calmly, but I expect a refund for the recent charge and a clear stop to any future renewals.
