Category view download problem

Hi,Not sure if I am overlooking something. If I paste the shortcode for a single doc on a page then it all works fine, but if I use the category shortcode, the doc titles display with the orange download icon but clicking on a doc creates a pop up screen with the message: “You can not download this file because it does not exist. Please notify the Administrator.”Any idea why or what I am doing wrong?Thanks in advance,Lee

I don’t know why, I just checked the first two files on that page and they are set to All Visitors. Is there somewhere I can send you login details? Would prefer not to post on the public forum.

I’m having the exact same issue descibed here. I’ve already sent an email as described in the post above, but with no response. I’m ready to purchase Pro but need to be sure this download issue for category view can be resolved
