Category tree

Hi there
I installed the free version for my client. We are testing before we purchase the pro version.
He is currently uploading many files. We are using the tree shortcode to display files on one of his pages.
There are two TOP level categories.
The issue we are having is that we want to display the file tree for each TOP category on different pages.
Thats because both TOP level categories are two separate password protected pages.
I need 2 file trees one with one TOP level category and the other with the TOP level.
Is that possible?
Can the pro version give me a solution?
The Free version doesnt display sub cetegories when using the regular category shortcode.
I need to let the user see the sub folders.

Let me know if there is a solution on the Pro version or a code to the tree shorte code!!!!
