Categories in download manager

Hi,
it seems that there is a strange behavior of the meta box categories.
If I assign two second-level categories to my download and publish, when I return to edit the download details, all selected categories are not shown in the category tree but placed at the beginning, making it impossible to understand which parent they correspond to.
This behavior does not happen with other post_types.
Do you have any suggestions?
