Cant view shortcode

Hi,
I have searched far and why and can not see a solution for this issue. The last few months the shortcode is not visible anymore in the wp admin screen. See attached

error marked in the box

As you can see by the image there is nothing where the shortcode should be??

I have not added any new plugins since this stopped being visible.

Hello,
Hope you are well.
The shortcode option is updated.You can check here. If you haven’t updated wpdm pro to the latest version, please update it to the latest version 6.2.2
Also please update all the related addons of wpdm you are using.

Hello @Jwk87,
As you are using the wpdm free, you will not be able to get the updated feature like the screenshot I sent before.
However, I have reduced column from here.
Now you are able to see the shortcode. Also if you just click the copy button the shortcode will be copied instantly.
