Can’t upoad a download

Dear sir/madam,

We use the free version 3.0.9 of download manager with the newest version of WordPress.

The select files button does nothing and the select from media library button also doesn’t work.
This error is shown in the console when opening the backend > a download: http://prntscr.com/raea1v

Could you tell us what could be wrong?
Do you want us to make a staging so you can check what is wrong?

Hi,

Your problem has been solved. It was conflicting with Webd Woocommerce Advanced Reporting & Statistics PRO plugin. I have deactivated the plugin. Now WPDM plugin is working fine.
