Hello,
I am working on the maintenance of a website, which was originally created by a different developer. This developer is not available anymore. So I need to upgrade the PRO version of the plugin wpdm-archive-page.zip.
When I try from the CMS (admin page: /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpdmpro&page=settings&tab=plugin-update&plugin=wpdm-archive-page&v=4.4.4),
I can’t install the new version, because I am not logged in as a PRO user in this website.
Can you help me to keep upgraded my site? The current version is old and not supported for PHP 8, which will be an issue pretty soon.
Kind regards
Hi again,
I know you have a service to download the plugin from the account who bought it.
As mentioned in my message, I am not the one who bought the plugin, but I am responsible for the maintenance of the website where the plugin is installed.
I have the license number, which I nca see from the CMS, but I did not buy the plugin therefore I don’t have the invoice.
Is that something you can help me with? regards
Hi, sorry to insist, but my client’s has the section of this plugin broken now, and it is an important section.
Is it possible for me to do a one-time download of the v4.4.4 to see if the jQuery error gets fixed?
It’s returning this error at the moment
url: https://tesim-enicbc.eu/library/
console error:
jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.0:2 GET https://tesim-enicbc.eu/?wpdmtask=get_downloads&pg=1823&category=0 error 500
Thanks
