Can't get tree view with shortcode [wpdm_tree]

Hello,
i’m stuck in setting up the Download Manager. I tried to insert the shortcodes e.g.

[wpdm_tree]

[wpdm_all_packages]

[wpdm_package id=“2″]

[wpdm_tree category=”other” download_link=1 items_per_page=10]

But I only see the shortcodes not the tree view or something else. Only the shortcode [download id=”2″] does work.

I’ve tried to disable all plugins except
WP-DownloadManager
WPDM – Extended Short-codes
WPDM – TinyMce Button
but it doesn’t work. Also I can’t generate shortcode with TinyMce button. If I try to start with the button in the editor a window will open only with this list and nothing more

Insert Category
Other Short-codes
Quick Add

Could you help me please to get this work. I also tried other WordPress Themes (e.g. WP 2016) but I can’t see any tree view.

Hello,
so now it work’s. I simple deinstalled and reinstalled plugins and everything seems to work now. Sorry, I forget to do this.
