can’t found the file via the media library

I use the PLUG-IN to upload the file rapidly,
but when I try to change the path to the media library cuz I want to do the search here, it does not show in the library

for example the original file path
wp-content\uploads\download-manager-files

I change to
wp-content\uploads

I think the file will show in the media library, but it doesn’t

did I miss some correct steps?
