Can't download files

I have just installed the plugin and set it up.
After saving a couple of files, I’ve tested it but I can’t seem to be able to save the files.

looks like there are some js conflict, try disableing other plugin or if possbible, send a temporary wp-amdin login info to support@wpdownloadmanager.com, support team will check and adjust it.

Damn, there’s a conflict with the NextGEN Gallery Optimizer Premium plugin.
Is there a way to keep them both?
Shall I send you a temporary wp-admin login so that you can investigate a bit further?
