Can’t cancel auto-renewal

I can’t cancel my auto-renewal, there is no place to remove the auto-renewal feature. I don’t have access to the Download Manager Pro forums though to post that there. I also tried e-mailing support@wpdownloadmanager.com and I got a bounce message saying “Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups”.

Try again today. It hasn’t bounced back (yet), so hopefully it has gone through.
