Cannot upload files

Hello
I emailed asking for simple advice and have been redirected to use the forum. May I just say that having to register for a forum to post a topic, to then have to wait even longer to TRY and use your product really puts me off. – Why buy it? Why waste any more time subscribing when we spent hours previously just trying out the demo version that didnt work?

Here is the issue:
We upload files, they dont work. Their is a big “X”. We try smaller files, they dont work.

Just a bit of advice, post simple solutions such as this somewhere easily accessible or lose sales.
