Impossible to reach anybody! Not even a chat function? So here goes… You emailed a bill for an auto renewal for the pro version to my business address, the one originally associated with the account. When I try try login with that SAME address, you tell me I do not have an account. I try my personal address – no account associated with that. I am not able to change my password because if I don’t have an account to begin with, again even though you charged me and sent the invoice to the same email address, I can’t change a password that doesn’t exist. The order number is 5a610ae976ff7. Please cancel the auto renewal and cancel the entire account ASAP.

That didn’t work for the same reasons previously stated. After changing my pw and entering the order number, as you suggested, I got a message that said: “The order is already linked to an account!” And under that it said, “No orders yet.” And “You haven’t made any purchases yet.”
You need to resolve the issue of having two accounts associated with my one email address so that upon login, I can access the order.

Thank you. Can you send me a screen shot or proof? I do not want to go through this same thing next year, and since the two accounts still aren’t merged, I can’t see verification.
Also, can I get a refund for this past autorenewal? The business is literally closed.
