Can i hide items from certain users?

Hi, so i have Download Manager Free and i have set up user restrictions for my files, but instead of hiding the file, it just hides the button to download. Can i set it up so the file doesn’t show on the list for users that don’t have permission to access it?

So, when you are using shortcode in a page/post, you can restrict them by membership role, please check this add on https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wp-pro-membership/.

But this doesn’t hide the file, it just hides the download button. Is there a way to hide the whole line?

What i mean is, instead of looking like 1) i need it to look something like 2). Hide the whole line. Is this possible?
