Can different users have their own private space?

I’m trying to find a plugin where I can allow users to treat my wordpress site as a little private place on the web to store and retrieve their important documents. I’d like of course for each of their areas to be private from others and to limit their access to file management only (allow no posting or other administrative control over my site)

Can this be done with Download Manager?
