Campaign Emails Are Not Sending

Hello,
We have purchased the Newsletter plugin. Users are receiving a conformation email to subscribe, however when we schedule a campaign, they emails are not sending. I also can not select a specific time to send the email and can only click the Now button for the time. Please see attached as it looks like something is broken. I can hit Update and it confirms the post in the notification but no email ever gets sent to the list. Thank you in advance for your help.
