Buttons missing after last update??

Since our WP was just last updated, we seem to have lost the “Visual” and “Text” buttons on the “Add New Download Package” the plugin uses, as well as most of the little icons on the menu??

If we go to create a new Post, or a Page they appear properly.
Just not when we try to make to a new download package.

Any ideas??
