I have used this plugin for years and everything has been fine until recently when I went to add another download to my site and none of the methods to attach a file are working anymore?? The search file tree that I normally use to find my files uploaded by FTP is just blank and the browse button does nothing after selecting a file either?? Please help me fix this asap as I really need this fixed as soon as possible and I have tried everything but to no avail! the website is http://www.differentdrumz.co.uk

Hi… I’m not sure how you managed to add a file as when i try, neither the browse for file or more importantly the file search tree even show up for me??? My files are over 100mb so i add files by uploading to ftp and finding with the file tree.. the tree never loads so i can not select the files i have uploaded?? Please help
*update* it looks like the browse for file bit does work if it is a tiny file but that is of no use to me as previously mentioned my files are too big so i need to use the file search tree that is not even loading up ?
wpdm pro don’t have any file size limit.
By the way, two PHP configuration options control the maximum upload size: upload_max_filesize and post_max_size. These options can be set in your server’s php.ini configuration file so that they apply to all your applications.
I know, but I am on the free version and not the pro version?? Also everything worked fine for months but recently stopped working? Is there no way I can make the file browser tree work again so i can just select the files I uploaded via ftp??? PLEASE HELP
@n2o-designs, it is not about free or pro, you actually need to increase file size limit form your server setting, please ask your server/hosting support, they will do that for you. I see your max upload file size limit is 64 MB.
